In this form you'll fill in the length and distances of walls, windows, ceiling heights. It is very important to measure anything that will be around the cabinets accurately. 2. Free 3D Desgin For You
Once we receive your layout and ideas of what you'd like, we'll design your kitchen together and bring it to life using 2020, a 3D rendering software, to show you what the room will look like. After which you'll be provided with an itemized list of everything in a single invoice.Revisions to the 3D rendering can be made to adjust to your needs, just let us know as soon as possible. 3. Make a Order
We suggest you order a sample first, then decide to make the orders (click to order sample doors)

4. Wait your shipment coming (installation service only for local customers in 120 miles)
All orders ship out within 72 hours. All inventory is kept in our Southern California warehouse for speedy delivery. Arrival will depend on distance and volume of your order, we can provide an estimate about the order. Normally freight carrier will take 5-12 days delivery time
All returned shipments must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Custom Service Hardware before they are returned. Unauthorized returns will result in a delay in processing and may be refused. Returns must be clean, in original boxes, un-assembled and in like new, sellable condition. Return freight cost must be paid by the customer. Obsolete, discontinued or clearance items cannot be returned. we charge 25% restocking fee, No returns will be accepted after 90 days, No returns for open box items, we can provide replacement parts. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Merchandise is shipped via FedEx Ground Freight, or other Freight Companies based on your location and product(s) ordered. Orders are shipped prepaid freight. All items, in stock, are shipped within 48 hours. If not in stock, our staff will notify you of the expected delivery time. Out of stock items are placed on back-order or alternate items will be suggested.
We do our best to keep an adequate supply of merchandise on hand, but we sometimes temporarily run short of an item. Back-orders will be handled as a new order and will carry freight charges.
All shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Truck Line Shipments: You must have specific damage noted on all copies of the freight bill.
